📋 Description

• Lead APAC and ex-APAC regulatory compliance projects for Parexel’s Strategic Compliance Consulting Global Operation team • Collaborate with Project Technical Leads and Subject Matter Experts to manage timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder alignment • Set up project tools, plans, SOP lists, Workday codes, team lists, and project-specific training in LMS • Coordinate with Finance Business Partners to ensure systems, interfaces, budgets, and financial oversight are operational • Provide schedules and resource plans to senior management • Own or support client relationships, communications, expectations, and satisfaction • Initiate projects, conduct kick-off meetings, define scope, allocate resources, and establish project metrics • Develop project plans, roles and responsibilities, WBS, communication plans, and risk analyses • Proactively manage project execution, identify risks, resolve problems, and communicate project status • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams and conduct regular team and client meetings • Prepare project plans, status reports, administrative reports, risk analyses, contingency plans, and client deliverables • Communicate fiscal, contractual, resource, deliverable, and client issues to management • Provide input on team member performance and training needs • Oversee administrative project closeout, archiving, documentation return, and lessons-learned meetings

• Experience leading APAC and ex-APAC regulatory compliance projects • Strong project leadership, agility, and strategic foresight • Ability to manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder alignment • Ability to ensure adherence to quality standards and contractual requirements • Ability to collaborate with Project Technical Leads, Subject Matter Experts, Finance Business Partners, Project Specialists, clients, and cross-functional teams • Ability to manage client relationships and communications • Ability to develop project plans, schedules, resource plans, communication plans, risk analyses, and forecasts • Ability to use project management systems, Workday, and LMS tools • Ability to manage project onboarding, training, metrics, reporting, and closeout procedures
