📋 Description

• Design and build scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative tools such as Flows and Lightning App Builder and programmatic capabilities such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce API integrations using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs • Connect Salesforce with external systems for efficient data exchange and real-time synchronization • Share technical knowledge, guide junior developers, and promote development best practices • Partner with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical Salesforce guidance • Develop and execute unit tests, participate in integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) • Provide technical support and resolve complex Salesforce incidents and issues • Maintain solution design documents and technical specifications • Stay current on Salesforce features and propose innovative solutions using new functionality or third-party applications • Support sprint release deployments from development to production; releases occur on weekends once every 3 weeks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration and development • Salesforce Administrator Certification, Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification, and Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification • Experience designing and implementing Salesforce development projects and integrating Salesforce with external systems • Experience troubleshooting and resolving production issues • Experience with CRM software and working knowledge of relational database design • Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) software • Knowledge of the full sales cycle, from lead generation and request for proposal through the contract lifecycle (work orders to change in scope) • Understanding of incident and problem management in a technology support environment • Strong Salesforce expertise across Marketing Cloud (Pardot), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and AppExchange solutions such as Contract Lifecycle Management and Introhive • Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, automation tools, and integration capabilities • Strong architecture and design skills for scalable, maintainable solutions • Hands-on familiarity with REST, SOAP, Bulk API, Data Loader, Workbench, and ETL tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience deploying complex changes across sandbox and production environments • Experience working in Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban with tools such as Jira • Passion for continuous learning, a team-first mindset, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities • Healthcare, clinical development, or related experience is preferred • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification and Sales Cloud Consultant credential are preferred • Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification is preferred • Knowledge of Agentforce (AI) and Data Cloud is preferred • Knowledge of Einstein Analytics configuration; YAML experience is an advantage • Experience with version control systems such as Git or Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes is preferred
