📋 Description

• Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and document detailed business requirements • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and Visio process flows • Collaborate on Salesforce solution designs and evaluate Salesforce features and third-party applications • Develop UAT plans and test scenarios; support test data creation, training, demos, and issue resolution • Administer declarative Salesforce solutions and resolve production issues • Implement and maintain Salesforce configurations supporting business requirements • Analyze and optimize business processes using Salesforce capabilities • Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders • Facilitate communication between IT and business units and manage stakeholder expectations • Develop and execute change management strategies, training materials, and user training • Stay current on Salesforce releases and features and recommend improvements • Mentor junior team members in Salesforce business analysis practices and methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Salesforce Administrator Certification • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with a strong focus on business analysis and solution design • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, business processes, security model, and best practices • Understanding of the full sales cycle, from lead generation and request for proposal through the contract lifecycle • Demonstrated experience delivering Salesforce projects from conception to implementation • Ability to design and implement solutions using Salesforce declarative tools, including Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce products • Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments, including Jira • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Visio • Familiarity with API testing tools and techniques • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Ability to work shifts from 5 PM to 2 AM or 6 PM to 3 AM IST and provide support on weekend releases • Experience in healthcare, clinical development, or a related field (preferred) • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification (preferred)
