📋 Description

• Support payment and budget configurations and setup of payment systems such as eClinicalGPS • Work with the client Investigator Payments Lead to define payment requirements for each study • Review and interpret clinical payment documents and extract payment information for budget configuration templates • Ensure sites are correctly set up for payment in the IPS payment system • Distinguish between data-driven and manual payment line items and configure accordingly • Escalate ambiguous payment information to contract negotiators for clarification • Follow up with sites regarding payee form completion, correction, or modification • Collaborate and communicate with business partners • Ensure adherence to client processes • Create and upload completed budget configuration templates to IPS Supplier within an average of three business days of receiving required documents • Partner with the Investigator Payments Lead to track missing and incomplete documents • Track issues and resolutions • Attend payment study team calls as needed

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree or extended relevant industry experience • 2+ years' experience working in a related discipline • Business or technical degree preferred • Basic clinical trial knowledge • Written and oral language fluency in legal, medical, and scientific terms • Fluent in English and at least one other European language • Fluency in local language(s) • Strong Excel skills • Previous project management experience preferred • Strong communication skills • Attention to detail and disciplined approach to contracts, budgets, and management • Understanding of budget and payment setup configurations
