âą Review and interpret global clinical payment documents, including CSAs, budgets, amendments, and Budget Modification Letters âą Extract payment information for budget configuration templates, including amounts, caps, limits, and backup requirements âą Ensure sites are set up correctly for payment in the Investigator Payment System (IPS) âą Distinguish between data-driven and manual payment line items and configure them accordingly âą Escalate ambiguous payment information to contract negotiators and support timely resolution âą Follow up with sites regarding payee form completion, correction, or modification âą Collaborate and communicate with business partners âą Ensure adherence to client processes âą Partner with the Investigator Payments Lead to track missing and incomplete documents âą Track all issues and resolutions
đŻ Requirements
âą BS degree or extended relevant industry experience âą 0+ years' experience working in a related discipline âą Business or technical degree preferred, along with basic clinical trial knowledge âą Fluency in legal, medical, and scientific terminology âą Fluent in English âą Strong Excel skills âą Previous project management experience preferred âą Strong communication skills âą Attention to detail and a disciplined approach to contracts, budgets, and management âą Understanding of budget and payment setup configurations
