📋 Description
• Designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans • Architecting complex workflows and integrating with external systems • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers • Configuring core ServiceNow applications to meet organizational requirements
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) • 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development or equivalent experience in a similar role • Strong proficiency in JavaScript; familiarity with AngularJS or other frameworks for custom UI • In-depth experience with multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HR, CSM)
