📋 Description

• Design end-to-end solution architectures for AI Agent deployments integrating Parloa's platform with enterprise systems • Build and configure integrations using integration platforms and APIs • Solve complex, multi-system data flows • Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on complex or custom integration scenarios • Apply structured testing to validate architecture, integration reliability, and AI agent performance • Identify and resolve blockers with Product, Solution Engineering, Sales, and customers • Scope AI Agent deployments and provide architecture advice and execution support • Use LLM internals knowledge, including embeddings, to design prompts for reliable agent behavior • Translate customer workflows into structured conversational components • Fine-tune conversational flows and voice output using SSML, Lexicons, and Regex • Document best practices, how-to guides, and product capabilities for internal and external audiences

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles, with proven expertise in solution architecture, systems architecture, or enterprise integration • Strong systems thinking and experience solving complex technical problems across multiple systems and data sources • Experience with complex SaaS implementations at scale, including CRMs, ERPs, contact center platforms, and ticketing systems • Proficiency in REST API design, JSON/XML data structures, API testing tools such as Postman, and API authentication patterns including OAuth, API keys, and JWT • Experience reading and consuming API documentation across enterprise SaaS platforms, including data transformation and field mapping logic • Analytical and critical thinking, risk assessment, and problem-solving expertise • Strong project and stakeholder management skills • Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into LLM prompts and conversational flows, including A/B testing to assess agent performance • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills are required
