📋 Description

• Roadmap Orchestration: Own the product strategy and execution, transforming high-level vision into actionable, high-velocity development cycles in **Linear**. • Feature Discovery: Proactively identify and define new product opportunities by analyzing player data, emerging Web3 trends, and competitive market shifts. • Surgical Prioritization: Manage the product backlog with a cold, calculated focus on ROI, ensuring our engineering and design resources are always focused on the highest-impact moves. • Cross-Functional Sync: Act as the primary bridge between Design, Engineering, and Marketing, ensuring every launch is perfectly aligned with the **Partyhat** "vibe" and technical standards. • Data-Driven Iteration: Use internal analytics and feedback tools to rigorously analyze feature performance, making fast, data-backed decisions on what to scale and what to sunset. • Product Integrity: Oversee the "Definition of Done," ensuring every update is polished, intuitive, and meets our world-class standards for performance and security.

You know how to bring clarity to ambiguity and move a product forward in a high-speed, 24/7 environment. • Analytical Rigor: You are obsessed with metrics.
