• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and critical paths, ensuring alignment with the overall program strategy. • Lead daily project delivery by coordinating cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, testers, and vendors) to meet milestones and quality standards. • Adapt delivery frameworks - including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models - to the specific project needs, running relevant ceremonies and maintaining backlog hygiene. • Proactively manage the project-level RAID log (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and escalate critical items to the Program Manager. • Coordinate configuration, integration, and release activities, including planning SIT/UAT testing, defect triage, and managing go-live readiness. • Oversee third-party vendors and systems integrators against statements of work, while managing change requests to maintain scope, plan, and documentation alignment. • Produce accurate status reports and dashboards, ensuring all project artifacts adhere to PMO standards, templates, and governance for audit readiness. • Manage operational stakeholder engagement and support the transition to business-as-usual operations through training, cutover, and adoption planning.
• A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial (IT, Business, Engineering, etc.). • A PMP (or equivalent) and an Agile/Scrum or scaled-agile certification such as PSM, CSM, or SAFe. • 6 - 8 years of experience in project management, specifically with a track record of end-to-end delivery of digital and technology projects. • Proven success working within large, complex, and regulated enterprise environments following structured PMO and governance models. • Hands-on experience executing projects across Agile, waterfall, and hybrid frameworks, including managing sprints, releases, and testing cycles (SIT/UAT). • Ability to coordinate third-party vendors, systems integrators, and business analysts while ensuring requirements are captured and traceable. • Proficiency with industry-standard delivery tools, including Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Confluence, and Power BI. • Experience thriving in distributed or remote team settings, with strong resilience and skill in managing operational stakeholders. • Familiarity with data protection and privacy obligations relevant to personal and project data, such as POPIA. • Advantageous to have exposure to AI or automation-enabled solutions, familiarity with GRC/LGC processes, or previous project experience in the GCC/Middle East.
