📋 Description

• Conduct judicial and administrative tax litigation; • Draft petitions, appeals, challenges, legal opinions and other legal filings; • Analyze tax assessment notices, tax notifications and audit procedures; • Develop litigation strategies to mitigate risks and reduce tax liabilities; • Manage a portfolio of cases, monitoring deadlines, contingencies and procedural opportunities; • Prepare management reports, risk opinions and client presentations; • Conduct legislative, doctrinal and case-law research, staying current with updates to tax legislation; • Participate in hearings, oral arguments, meetings and negotiations with public authorities and clients; • Handle negotiations for installment agreements, tax settlements and tax regularization; • Identify opportunities for tax credit recovery and tax positions applicable to clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Law; • Postgraduate specialization in Tax Law; • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the tax area; • Knowledge of tax legislation, tax litigation and Civil Procedure; • Knowledge of Tax Reform and accounting concepts will be considered an advantage.
