📋 Description

• Find and build relationships with standout customers, creators, and aligned brands • Manage a growing network of partners – from first contact to long-term collaboration • Work with Marketing + Sales to produce case studies, testimonials, and customer stories • Run co-marketing activities like joint webinars, interviews, or giveaways • Negotiate partnership terms + secure content usage rights • Keep a clear and organized CRM pipeline • Track impact: stories created, leads generated, revenue influenced • Maintain compliance + brand consistency across partner content • Share insights from top partners to shape product, messaging, and future collabs

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years managing brand, creator, or customer partnerships • Experience running an advocacy or co-marketing program • Confident negotiating usage rights and approvals • Proven relationship-builder with excellent communication • Highly organized with multi-project management skills • Data-savvy and outcome-focused • Experience working across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success • Bonus XP That’ll Make Us Smile: Built relationships with creators or customers in previous roles • Comfortable producing or briefing customer stories + case studies • Familiar with influencer/UGC partnerships and FTC guidelines • Creative storyteller who finds emotional hooks in customer wins • Strategic thinker who moves quickly from idea → execution • SaaS, coaching, or creator economy background • HubSpot, Notion, or influencer CRM experience
