📋 Description

• Mandatory use of Cursor: all professionals must use Cursor (an AI-powered IDE) as the default daily tool for development, testing and automation. • Version control with Git/GitLab: strong knowledge of Git and the GitLab workflow (branches, merge requests, code review). • Agile methodology: work in a Scrum/Kanban environment with active participation in ceremonies (planning, daily, review, retro). • Asynchronous collaboration: strong written communication and documentation of your own work. • Problem-solving: analytical ability to investigate root causes of incidents, not just address symptoms. • Proactivity: anticipate risks and propose improvements without waiting for direction; identify and raise issues before they escalate. • Autonomy: work independently in an environment with limited documentation, making responsible decisions within your scope. • Adaptability: comfortable working in changing contexts (stack and cloud migration in progress). • Clear communication: translate technical issues for business areas and align expectations with stakeholders. • Teamwork: collaboration, openness to code review and willingness to share knowledge to reduce key-person dependencies. • Responsibility (ownership): a sense of ownership over deliveries and the stability of the environment. • Continuous learning: willingness to evolve technically, especially in the use of AI and new platform technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Consumption of REST APIs and state management (e.g., Redux, Context, React Query) • Front-end testing (unit and/or E2E) and componentization • Responsiveness and accessibility (practical UX/UI best practices) • Web application performance and build/packaging • Mandatory use of Cursor and AI for assisted development and test generation • Expected knowledge distribution: • 60% Front-End • 40% Back-End
