📋 Description
• Support e-commerce entrepreneurs with accounting issues via email and video calls • Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear and friendly communication • Identify recurring issues and improve solutions • Work closely with the Onboarding Automation Team to ensure customer satisfaction
🎯 Requirements
• Highly self-motivated and results-oriented (SMART Goals) • Experience using DATEV (mandatory requirement) • Interest in the digitalization of the accounting industry • Independent, structured and process-oriented way of working • Open to feedback, digital work and a remote-first approach • Fluent in German and English
