📋 Description
• You assist e-commerce business owners daily via email and video calls with accounting issues. • Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear and friendly communication. • Identify recurring problems and contribute to improving our solutions. • Work closely with the Onboarding Automation team to ensure customer satisfaction.
🎯 Requirements
• Highly self-motivated and results-oriented (SMART goals). • Experience using DATEV (mandatory). • Interest in the digitalization of the accounting industry. • Independent, structured, and process-oriented working style. • Open to feedback, digital ways of working, and a remote-first approach. • Fluent in German and English.
