📋 Description

• Preparation of ongoing bookkeeping for the external tax advisor • Review, recording and management of incoming and outgoing invoices • Monitoring of incoming payments and outstanding items • Support with month-end closings and analyses • Preparation of reports, KPIs and controlling analyses • Assistance with budget planning and liquidity overviews • Optimization and documentation of internal processes and workflows • General commercial and administrative tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial/vocational training or equivalent qualification • Extensive experience in preparatory bookkeeping or controlling • Proficient in Excel and digital tools • Structured, independent and meticulous working style • Strong numerical skills and analytical thinking • Reliability, discretion and organisational skills
