📋 Description

• Provide centralized expertise, governance, and support for the organization’s programs to support the execution of our group enablement strategies • Ensure alignment across multiple interrelated projects, promote best practices, and deliver consolidated reporting to leadership • Oversee all aspects of the programs from initial planning and strategy to execution and post-implementation support • Work closely with business stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners to ensure that the programs align with the organization's strategic objectives and deliver the expected business value

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Organizational Development or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred • 5-7+ years of experience in project or program management with proven experience leading complex, multi-project transformation programs with a strong focus on business processes and change management • 3+ years of experience in a people‑leader or coaching role (no direct reports), with demonstrable ability to develop and motivate teams • Strong knowledge of program management frameworks (PMI, Agile, SAFe) and proficiency with program management and financial tracking tools • Demonstrated experience managing vendors and program budgets/forecasting • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills; strong systems thinking and organizational capability • Fluent English required
