• Provide top-notch multilingual customer support to Danish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat. • Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. • Keep detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system. • Work together with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes. • Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your product knowledge and service abilities.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in Danish is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. • A strong focus on customer service and a desire to meet and exceed client expectations. • Previous experience in a customer support role is beneficial. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a positive, collaborative attitude. • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks. • Willingness to learn and adapt within a multicultural workplace.
