📋 Description
• Provide exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. • Assist customers with inquiries regarding home entertainment systems, addressing their concerns and providing effective solutions. • Document customer interactions accurately and promptly in our CRM system. • Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and continuously enhance customer satisfaction. • Engage in ongoing learning and development to stay up-to-date with product features and industry advancements.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in Finnish (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stipulated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. • Interest in home entertainment technology and previous experience in customer support is a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • A proactive teamwork spirit and positive attitude. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and supportive environment.
