If you are fluent in Finnish and have a passion for helping customers with their home appliance needs, this role is perfect for you! • In this important position, you will assist Finnish-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries and guiding them through product features, troubleshooting, and service requests. We look forward to your application! • Your Responsibilities • Provide exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. • Assist customers with inquiries regarding home appliances, helping them navigate features and troubleshooting issues. • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure quality service. • Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction. • Engage in ongoing training to remain updated on product offerings and industry standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stipulated in your application. • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. • Previous experience in customer support or the home appliances sector is a plus but not mandatory. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • A proactive team player who enjoys collaboration. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and services.
