If you are fluent in Finnish and have a passion for e-commerce and customer service, this role is designed for you! • In this exciting position, you will assist Finnish-speaking customers with their inquiries related to our online marketplace, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. • Become part of a dynamic team and help us create top-notch services that customers love! • If you're ready to contribute to a thriving sector and develop your career, we want to hear from you! • Your Responsibilities • Provide exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via various communication channels. • Assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, and platform navigation, resolving issues promptly. • Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our CRM system. • Collaborate with team members to achieve service objectives and enhance overall customer satisfaction. • Engage in ongoing training to ensure knowledge of platform updates and industry trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stipulated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. • A strong commitment to delivering an exceptional customer service experience. • Previous experience in customer support or e-commerce is advantageous but not required. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • A proactive team player with a positive attitude. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
