• Act as the first point of contact for French-speaking end users through various communication channels. • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by clients. • Provide guidance on product features, functionalities, and best practices. • Document, track, and manage support requests in a detailed and organized manner. • Work closely with team members to improve processes and share knowledge. • Participate in ongoing training to further enhance support skills and product understanding.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is a must. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. • Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on providing a great customer experience. • A collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively in a team setting. • Enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills.
