🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. • A genuine passion for technology and a dedication to providing excellent customer service. • Prior experience in customer support or a technical environment is beneficial, but not mandatory! • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude. • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Enthusiasm for assisting customers in mastering our streaming platform.
