Patrique Mercier Recruitment is on the lookout for a dedicated German Speaking Client Support Specialist! • This is a fantastic opportunity to work from the comfort of your home anywhere in Greece. • As a vital part of our support team, you will provide exceptional assistance to our German-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. • We value adaptability and communication, and we are excited to bring in someone who can enhance our customer experience! • Provide outstanding client support in German across various platforms, including phone, email, and chat. • Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot any issues with accuracy and empathy. • Educate clients about our products and services to foster their confidence and satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback for continuous improvement. • Collaborate with team members to uphold service standards and enhance client experiences. • Engage in regular training to stay updated on products and best support practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in German is essential; proficiency in other languages is an advantage. • Strong customer service orientation and a passion for assisting others. • Experience in client support or customer-facing roles is preferable, but not mandatory. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Comfortable working from home and committed to adapting to our remote work culture.
