• Provide outstanding support to Italian-speaking clients across various communication channels. • Address inquiries and resolve issues with efficiency and care. • Educate clients on our products and services to enhance their understanding and satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions to contribute to service improvement processes. • Collaborate with team members to uphold high service standards and exceed client expectations. • Engage in training sessions to deepen your knowledge of our offerings and best support practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Italian is essential; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. • A customer service mindset with a genuine desire to assist others. • Experience in client support or a related role is preferred but not mandatory. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively. • Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail. • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
