🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. • Strong dedication to delivering high-quality customer service. • Experience in customer support or subscription-based services is a plus but not mandatory. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively in a team setting and adapt to different situations.
