🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential for this role. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Technical proficiency and a knack for troubleshooting are highly valued. • Prior experience in remote support or customer service is preferred but not required. • A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment. • Commitment to providing a positive customer experience and building lasting relationships. • Enthusiasm for personal growth and development within a supportive team atmosphere!
