📋 Description

• Provide top-notch support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. • Assist with inquiries regarding account management, subscription options, and streaming issues. • Document all customer interactions meticulously in our CRM system. • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. • Engage in ongoing training to keep updated on platform changes and features.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is a must. • A passion for technology and a commitment to excellent customer service. • Previous experience in customer support or a technical role is advantageous, but not required! • Strong communication skills and an engaging, friendly attitude. • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Enthusiasm for helping customers navigate our streaming platform with ease!
