📋 Description

• Join our dynamic team as a Spanish Speaking Travel Support Specialist at Patrique Mercier Recruitment! • Assist Spanish-speaking customers with travel arrangements, including bookings and itinerary changes. • Resolve travel-related inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. • Provide valuable insights on destinations, travel regulations, and tips to enhance the customer experience. • Document all customer interactions accurately to ensure seamless service. • Work collaboratively with team members to uphold high standards of customer support. • Engage in ongoing development and training to improve travel knowledge and services offered.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. • Strong commitment to delivering stellar customer service. • Prior experience in customer support or travel-related roles is advantageous. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Effective problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
