📋 Description
• Provide exceptional remote support to Portuguese-speaking customers through multiple channels of communication • Quickly troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and technical challenges with efficiency • Guide clients through product features and functionalities, ensuring they receive maximum benefit • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for reference and quality assurance • Work collaboratively with team members to improve support services and customer satisfaction • Participate in ongoing training to enhance capabilities and stay current with product updates
🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written); native language and nationality must be stated in application • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Technical acumen with strong problem-solving abilities • Experience in remote support or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory • Ability to work independently and effectively manage your time in a remote work setting • Dedication to delivering a positive customer experience and fostering strong customer relationships • Proactive approach to learning and personal development within a collaborative team environment
