• Manage core HR processes such as recruitment support, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations. • Post job openings and communicate with candidates. • Prepare offer letters and onboarding materials. • Maintain HRIS data and generate reports. • Partner with finance on payroll and benefits. • Draft and update HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws. • Act as contact for employee questions and issues. • Coordinate employee training sessions.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years HR support or operations experience. • Proficiency with HRIS systems (BambooHR, ADP, Gusto, Zenefits, or similar). • Familiarity with U.S. labor law compliance. • Microsoft Office/Google Workspace proficiency.
