📋 Description

• As a Senior Software Engineer on the Fiat Rails team, you'll help architect and build next-generation financial infrastructure that processes billions of dollars in annual transaction volume and supports our multi-billion dollar tokenization infrastructure. • You'll work on complex challenges including real-time payment processing, integrating with global banking partners, and building scalable APIs that enable instant money movement. • Design and implement scalable microservices for processing fiat transactions, ensuring high throughput and reliability. • Build robust APIs that enable seamless integration with banking partners and internal systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features for fiat money movement. • Optimize existing systems for performance, scalability and maintainability. • Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy for the team's roadmap. • Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices across the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and maintaining production services in a high-scale environment • Proven track record of writing high-quality, well-tested code • Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams • Strong expertise in distributed systems design and microservices architecture • Deep understanding of API design principles and best practices • Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and containerization technologies • Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms and system design • Demonstrated interest in learning and adopting new technologies
