📋 Description

• Analyze, design, develop and document new features collaboratively according to the functional specifications provided by the Product Manager (PM) • Serve as the primary point of contact between the squad and the architecture team • Actively contribute to the software architecture within the squad • Work with other Tech Leads and architects to ensure technical alignment across teams • Ensure code quality, security and development best practices within the squad and across teams • Support the organization and facilitation of team ceremonies: daily stand-ups, refinement, sprint planning and sprint review • Inspire squad developers in continuous improvement, teamwork and the pursuit of technical excellence • Organize and present knowledge-sharing workshops to explain technical choices and challenges • Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new squad members • Stay proactive in continuously improving the platform, best practices, automation, technology watch and technical documentation...

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience: Around ten years in software development, with hands-on exposure to distributed architectures and a solid understanding of high availability and complex systems • Analytical skills: Ability to take a step back on complex technical issues and communicate them clearly and concisely to the team and stakeholders • IAM expertise (a plus): Ideally you have worked with identity and access management solutions such as Ory, Keycloak or SuperTokens • Knowledge sharing & mentoring: Experience supporting developers in their growth; you enjoy sharing knowledge and fostering collective skill development within a team • Team spirit: Beyond technical skills, you are recognized for your listening skills and your ability to move projects forward collaboratively • Pragmatism: Despite your expertise, you remain solution- and product-oriented and can balance technical perfection with business priorities
