📋 Description

• Analyze, design, develop and document new features as a team based on functional specifications provided by the Product Manager. • Serve as the primary point of contact between the squad and the architecture team. • Actively contribute to the software architecture within the squad. • Collaborate with other Tech Leads and architects to ensure technical alignment across teams. • Ensure code quality/security and promote development best practices within the squad and across teams. • Support organization and facilitation of team activities such as daily stand-ups, refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviews. • Inspire squad developers toward continuous improvement, teamwork, and a pursuit of excellence. • Organize and present knowledge-sharing workshops, explain technical decisions, and outline challenges to be addressed. • Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new squad members. • Remain proactive in continuously improving the platform, best practices, automation, technology watch, and technical documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience: With around ten years in software development, you have worked on distributed architectures and understand the challenges of high availability and complex systems. • Analytical ability: You can step back from dense technical problems and present them clearly and concisely to both the team and stakeholders. • IAM expertise (a plus): Ideally, you have worked with identity and access management solutions such as Ory, Keycloak, or SuperTokens. • Knowledge transfer & mentorship: You have supported developers in their growth and enjoy sharing your knowledge to foster collective skill development within a team. • Team spirit: Beyond technical skills, you are recognized for your listening skills and your ability to move projects forward collaboratively. • Pragmatism: Despite your expertise, you remain solution- and product-oriented, able to balance technical perfection with business priorities.
