📋 Description
• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automated test suites using Playwright, and supporting frameworks • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to define clear, testable requirements • Perform manual testing to detect UI inconsistencies, usability issues, and edge cases that automation might miss • Set up test environments, run regression suites, and ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility • Integrate automation tests into the CI/CD pipeline for fast feedback loops • Write clear bug reports with reproduction steps, screenshots, and logs • Monitor and maintain test stability, quickly identifying flaky or unreliable tests • Mentor team members on QA automation best practices • Continuously improve our QA processes, tooling, and test coverage
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years in QA automation, with proven experience in an end-to-end testing Playwright framework • Comfortable balancing manual and automated testing responsibilities • Sharp eye for UI/UX details and able to spot issues others might miss • Proactive and take ownership of ensuring quality at all stages of development • Experience testing React and Node.js applications • Ability to design test plans, test cases, and testing strategies independently • Understanding of CI/CD, Git workflows, and modern development environments • Experience in fintech or regulated environments is a plus
