📋 Description

• Conducting enforcement proceedings • Processing attachment and transfer orders • Correspondence with bailiffs and enforcement courts • Correspondence with debtors and creditors • Concluding and negotiating settlements • Concluding installment payment agreements • Telephone communication with debtors and creditors • Contributing to the development and improvement of debt collection processes

🎯 Requirements

• Solid knowledge of receivables management and/or debt collection • Several years of professional experience in the debt collection industry • Several years of experience with Ferber’s Ikaros debt collection software • Completed training as a legal assistant or certified legal specialist, ideally with an additional qualification in receivables management • Willingness to actively shape and improve processes • Fluent written and spoken German
