📋 Description

• Lead and manage software conversion projects, including planning, organizing, and executing all implementation activities. • Develop detailed implementation plans and timelines to meet key milestones and successfully complete projects. • Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel and equipment, to ensure successful execution. • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, schedule, and resource requirements. • Oversee PBS training programs delivered to clients, ensuring content is current, effective, and aligned with project objectives. • Provide ongoing support to address any training-related challenges. • Track and oversee data conversion plans to migrate information from the client’s current system to PBS Systems’ DMS. • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security throughout the conversion process. • Troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues. • Set up and maintain integrations with third-party systems (e.g., CRM platforms, other DMS vendors, and related software). • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth system integration and optimal operation. • Maintain regular communication with dealerships, internal teams, and other stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, risks, and issues. • Prepare and present weekly project status reports, performance metrics, and other required documentation. • Identify and mitigate risks or issues that may arise during implementation. • Identify and resolve any situations occurring during implementation. • Document implementation processes and procedures to facilitate future support and follow-up. • Obtain at least one PBS Systems product certification during the first year of employment.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in French and English (spoken, read, and written) • 1 to 3 years of experience in an automotive dealership • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as well as project management processes, methodologies, and workflows. • Strong computer skills required, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software tools is essential. • Ability to travel within Canada and the United States up to two weeks per month, with a valid passport (or the ability to obtain one). U.S. visa (if applicable) and a valid, unrestricted driver’s license are required.
