📋 Description
• Support with: ad creatives (Amazon PPC, performance ads), product images & A+ Content, brand and e-commerce visuals • Co-develop creative concepts, storylines & moodboards • Implement and optimize according to our internal "Designed to Sell" framework • Visual research & trend scouting (always with a conversion focus) • Deliver handover-ready designs for senior review • Close collaboration with the performance team & founders
🎯 Requirements
• Some hands-on experience in ads design • Proficient in Figma (not just "opened it once") • Confident user of Photoshop (or equivalent) • Portfolio with a clear e-commerce and performance focus • You think conceptually, not just visually • You ask yourself for every design: "How will this help drive sales?" • You can accept feedback and implement it quickly • You work in a structured, reliable way and without ego • You want to learn — and become really good
