• Job role involves educating, guiding, and saving customers money by signing them up for suitable insurance plans. • Targets to meet require a hunter mentality and a passion for people. • Daily huddles, training, and making outbound calls to warm leads are part of the job. • Company fosters a supportive and inclusive work environment.
🎯 Requirements
• Make a high volume of outbound calls daily (500+ calls - Tech makes it easy!) • Gather information to create customer profiles and maintain our CRM • Transfer hot leads to the Sales teams. • Represent the company in a positive light by always doing what's right for the client. • No experience is required!
