• Engage with our online community, respond to inquiries, and maintain a positive brand presence. • Draft and send 5–7 emails per week, ensuring clear, accurate, and timely communication. • Create daily social media designs (using existing templates), schedule posts, and manage platform interactions. • Upload new courses and maintain existing course content to keep everything current and accurate. • Implement promotions, update content, and manage product/course listings through the website dashboard. • Oversee daily operational tasks, manage timelines, and ensure smooth execution across all digital channels.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital operations, or project coordination. • Strong understanding of online communities and content workflows. • Familiarity with the acting industry is required (background, exposure, or work experience). • Proficient with social media scheduling tools, basic design tools, and CMS/website dashboards. • Excellent written communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. • PORTFOLIO is required. • Experience with email marketing platforms. • Basic graphic design or video editing skills. • Course platform or LMS management experience.
