📋 Description

• Develop monthly and quarterly marketing plans and forecasts • Design brochures, graphics, advertisements and promotional material • Manage LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, including creating and scheduling posts • Research new markets, upcoming projects and potential customers • Develop campaigns to engage target industries and generate sales enquiries • Build brand awareness and grow online presence • Manage day-to-day customer communication via email and telephone • Prepare and send introductory emails, EOIs and capability statements • Research potential customers and identify relevant project and procurement contacts • Follow up outstanding quotations and customer enquiries • Assist with preparing quotations, proposals and tender documentation • Maintain customer databases, CRM records and sales pipeline • Coordinate sales correspondence, reporting and general administration • Follow up sales leads and ensure opportunities are not missed

🎯 Requirements

• Strong graphic design and digital marketing skills • Excellent written and spoken English • Good organisational skills • Ability to work independently • B2B marketing or internal sales experience in construction, civil, manufacturing, infrastructure or mining highly regarded • Comfortable researching target businesses and identifying project managers, estimators and procurement contacts • Ability to send targeted emails and Expressions of Interest (EOIs) • Ability to follow up on potential supply opportunities • Ability to take ownership of workload • Ability to produce marketing material independently • Professional customer communication • Proactive support for sales and business development • Must handle marketing and internal sales responsibilities, not only social media posting
