📋 Description

• Perform bank, sales, and payment reconciliations. • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Reconcile inventory transactions and investigate discrepancies. • Process supplier invoices and prepare payment runs. • Monitor overdue accounts and issue customer statements. • Support month-end activities and maintain accurate records in Xero. • Provide financial updates and recommend process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience. • Strong experience with **Xero** and account reconciliations. • Experience managing AP and AR functions. • Understanding of inventory, purchasing, and stock-based workflows. • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
