📋 Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for tenders, proposals, and variations • Analyse drawings, specifications, and scope documents • Build up rates for labour, materials, and subcontractors • Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor pricing • Identify risks and opportunities within estimates • Assist in preparing and submitting tenders • Ensure estimates are completed within required timeframes • Maintain consistency across pricing and submissions • Price variations and scope changes • Support PMs with cost advice during delivery • Assist with cost planning and budgeting • Maintain estimating databases and pricing schedules • Input job cost data and pricing records • Keep all estimate documentation up to date • Prepare take-offs and templates • Support CRM updates and document management • Assist quote follow-ups and pipeline tracking • Prepare estimating reports and cost comparisons • Support sales pipeline reporting • Ensure data accuracy • Use AI/tools to speed up estimating and admin tasks • Follow and improve SOPs
