📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers • Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide market insights • Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience • Source candidates using various methods to build a robust candidate pipeline • Pre-screen candidates by reviewing resumes and through phone screening • Conduct internal assessments including initial interviews • Manage the overall interview and selection process • Define job descriptions and document specifications • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation • Monitor projects once launched and track progress until completion • Coordinate with Recruitment Managers for project updates and reports • Keep candidates informed about job postings and assessment results • Communicate with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational goals • Build rapport with clients and develop long-term relationships • Present shortlisted candidates to clients and schedule interviews • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Recruiter with full end-to-end recruitment responsibility • Mandatory experience recruiting for UK clients • Demonstrated experience sourcing and hiring roles within the mortgage industry, including: • Mortgage Brokers • Credit Analysts • Loan Processors • Parabrokers • Strong client management experience, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and build long-term relationships • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment • Experience working in or supporting an Australian recruitment agency is highly preferred • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools • Familiarity with Australian hiring practices, recruitment processes, and market expectations • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously • Experience using ATS platforms such as Workable, and Hubspot (CRM) • Ability to work remotely and align with Australian business hours
