• Manage the full end-to-end hiring lifecycle from sourcing and internal assessments to final placement • Hit monthly placement targets while maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates • Source candidates using various search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline • Pre-screen candidates through resumes and phone screening to assess fit • Conduct internal assessments - Pre-Screening, Grammar, and Initial interviews • Prepare profiles, resumes, and correspondence for clients • Manage the interview and selection process • Define job descriptions and document specifications • Monitor projects once launched and track progress until completion • Communicate with clients to understand hiring needs and goals • Build rapport with clients and develop long-term relationships • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices • Perform other duties as assigned
• Must have 2-3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience • Must have client-facing experience as a recruiter • Able to place at least 4-5 candidates in a month (minimum) • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues • Computer proficiency including Google Workspace and Office 365 (or equivalent) • Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems and CRM tools • Experience in Client Management • Successful experience managing multiple searches at different stages of the recruitment life cycle at the same time. • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Comfortable making decisions independently • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
