📋 Description

• Design stand-up pouches, flexible packaging, cartons, labels, display cases and retail ready packaging. • Create impactful, original designs that stand out on shelf and online. • Develop branding, packaging concepts and visual assets across multiple product categories. • Prepare artwork, mock-ups and production-ready files. • Manage artwork from concept through to final production. • Review proofs, approve artwork and work closely with printers and manufacturers. • Create physical mock-up files and artwork to scale using metric and US measurement systems. • Ensure consistency, quality and accuracy across all projects. • Design product presentations, pitch decks, catalogues, flyers, brochures, magazine ads and sales materials. • Create website layouts, digital ads, social media assets and email marketing content. • Support retailer presentations, product launches and new business opportunities. • Work closely with the Head of Product Development (Sydney) and Technical Director (California). • Coordinate with printers and suppliers in China and Thailand. • Be flexible with working hours when required to support print approvals and production deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years' experience in FMCG, CPG, packaging or consumer products. • Strong portfolio across packaging, branding, print, presentation and digital design. • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). • Strong understanding of packaging production, print processes and prepress requirements. • Experience working with global suppliers and manufacturers. • Experience using AI tools to improve design workflows and productivity.
