📋 Description

• Prepare Temporary Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) based on project requirements and site information. • Review project details and develop practical traffic management solutions. • Submit plans and required documents through approval and compliance systems. • Coordinate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to gather information and provide updates. • Monitor approvals, revisions, and deadlines to ensure projects stay on schedule. • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and version control of plans. • Ensure all plans meet safety, quality, and compliance requirements. • Support continuous improvement by identifying ways to improve planning processes and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in traffic management, construction, infrastructure, planning, engineering support, drafting, or a related field. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. • Nice to Have • Experience preparing Temporary Traffic Management Plans (TMPs). • Familiarity with permit applications, compliance documentation, or approval processes. • Experience using planning, drafting, CAD, or project management software. • Exposure to construction, transport, utilities, or infrastructure projects.
