📋 Description

• Provide detailed installation, re-configuration/integration, removal, and maintenance of Central Office and Data Center equipment • Supervise assigned crew members and their performance • Master all installation skills per Telco Standard TP76300 • Master comprehensive equipment installation skills on a wide variety of installations • Knowledge and experience with transport equipment • Deep understanding of fiber installation standards • Read and follow Method of Procedures, order specifications, floor plans • Responsible for the accuracy of all documentation • Interface with customers, vendors, and other company employees • Supervise lower-level Installers/Technicians in basic installation and testing requirements • Comply with system update requirements of installation documents • Resolve any project related issues utilizing defined processes • Perform in-process and final quality audits

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years installation experience or combination of experience and training • High school diploma with two years technical school or related experience • Ability to apply common sense understanding to conduct instructions • Must have proficient laptop computer skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) skills • Must have a valid driver’s license • Able to pass all pre-employment background checks • Must be insurable. Valid Passport a plus.
