📋 Description

• Develop and execute innovative design concepts for digital, print, web, and social media. • Create and maintain brand guidelines, logos, and cohesive visual systems across multiple clients. • Design print collateral, direct mail, billboards, infographics, and presentation decks. • Support website design projects (UI/UX focus in Figma, no coding required). • Design assets for digital campaigns, including ads, emails, and organic social media posts. • Edit short-form video content (social reels, promotional clips, simple motion graphics). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in client-facing discussions when needed. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines and quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, print, and digital design work. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects). • Figma experience for web and UI/UX design. • Solid understanding of typography, layout, and color theory. • Experience designing for multiple brands or agency environments. • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) with ability to take and implement feedback. • Ability to handle both independent creative execution and collaborative team input. • Nice-to-Have: • Canva familiarity for quick-turn projects. • Experience creating simple motion graphics or advanced video editing. • Comfort leading or contributing to client-facing calls. • Background in presentation and pitch deck design.
