📋 Description

• Convert raw travel proposals from destination partners into polished, on-brand itineraries using Canva • Add personalized dining, shopping, and experience recommendations for each traveler • Standardize formatting and maintain brand voice and layout consistency • Proofread deliverables to ensure zero grammar or formatting errors • Draft client-facing pre-arrival and final trip summary emails • Prepare briefing notes for hotel staff and destination guides about traveler backgrounds and preferences • Proactively flag formatting gaps and itinerary inconsistencies • Track itinerary timelines and status updates across shared systems • Organize and maintain client folders and templates • Support project coordination and deadline tracking across concurrent itineraries

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Canva proficiency; portfolio or work sample required • 2+ years of experience producing client-facing documents, itineraries, or presentations in a luxury, hospitality, or premium-brand environment • Proven ability to meet sub-48-hour delivery turnarounds • Experience drafting professional client-facing emails • Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail • Experience with task/project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Trello • C2 CEFR English proficiency with near-native fluency and accurate grammar • Prior luxury travel, hospitality, or high-end event planning experience preferred • Graphic design, layout, or editorial/publishing background preferred • Familiarity with travel itinerary or trip-planning platforms such as Travefy or Axus preferred • Experience transitioning from part-time to full-time engagement with a solo founder or small team preferred
