• Director of Influencer and Ambassador Partnerships: identify and build relationships with early-stage, high-potential creators across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram • Spot talent before they blow up, especially in fitness, wellness, and performance verticals • Build curated lists of high-potential creators weekly and analyze engagement, audience quality, content style, and growth velocity • Collaborate with internal marketing and brand teams to align creator selections with product launches and campaigns • Source contact details and support outreach, present examples, stay on top of platform trends, and maintain a living list of creator prospects • Contract/consultant role with flexible hours, remote; ongoing with potential for expanded role or retainer
• Demonstrated experience sourcing and evaluating emerging creators across social platforms • Deep knowledge of the YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram creator landscape • Pattern recognition skills—you can tell who’s going to pop before they do • Comfortable creating and maintaining organized watchlists or databases • Strong communication skills; able to articulate why a creator is a fit and how to approach them • Existing contacts or the ability to reach creators through DMs, email, or network • 2+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media talent scouting • Nice-to-have: Previous work with fitness, health, wellness, or performance brands; Relationships with influencer agencies or creator collectives; Experience working in DTC or e-commerce brand marketing teams
