📋 Description

• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of a broad range of agreements, including: • Customer contracts • Vendor agreements • Software and technology agreements • Ensure all contracts align with legal and regulatory requirements while proactively identifying and mitigating risk • Partner with internal teams to gather key inputs and support the preparation of legal documentation • Monitor business practices to ensure ongoing compliance with contractual and legal obligations • Apply current legal developments to evolving business needs and contract structures • Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and senior legal leadership • Manage relationships with external counsel, clients, vendors, and third parties • Communicate clearly and effectively during negotiations and legal discussions • Support legal research initiatives and contribute to projects in emerging areas of law • Maintain, organise, and improve legal templates, agreements, and documentation processes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal risk analysis within a commercial environment • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across functions • Experience working with technology-related agreements, including software or licensing contracts • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate independently in a fast-paced environment • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working across legal, business, and operational teams • Solid understanding of legal compliance and corporate legal policies • Experience supporting vendor, client, and third-party contractual relationships • Familiarity with government contracting processes is advantageous • Juris Doctor (JD) preferred, or equivalent experience in contract management or legal support • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including legal document formatting • Experience reviewing contracts, statements of work (SOWs), amendments, and legal correspondence
